How to Post Property Listings in Different Regions on Idealista
Publishing in more than one city on Idealista is possible, but it requires planning. Each region — whether Madrid, Barcelona, or Valencia — has its own competition level and audience behavior, so simply copying the same listing strategy rarely works. If you want to expand, structure and regional focus matter.
Key things to consider:
-
Keep your account details consistent
-
Adapt pricing and description to each local market
-
Monitor visibility separately in every province
-
Plan your regional expansion before posting multiple listings
-
Use virtual phone numbers from Grizzly SMS to register new Idealista accounts as needed.
