Online service Grizzly SMS undertakes to keep inviolability of personal information and confidentiality of users within the limits of applicable legislation. The service does not collect and does not store neither passport data, nor any other data - except for those necessary for providing services and informing users.

Grizzly SMS undertakes to comply with the legislation of the regions where it operates. The policy of the online service is against the use of virtual numbers for illegal purposes. Subscriber numbers of Russian cellular operators are not provided for temporary use by virtue of the requirements of the Federal Law “On Communications” dated 07.07.2003 N 126-FZ, as well as on the basis of sub-clause g, clause 5 of the Rules of centralized management of the cellular network. 5 of the Rules for the Centralized Management of the Public Communications Network approved by Resolution of the Government of the Russian Federation No. 127 of February 12, 2020 “On Approval of the Rules for the Centralized Management of the Public Communications Network”.
