Most popular numbers may require multiple attempts to acquire. You can try several more times or choose a difference country (the country usually doesn’t matter for activation).

The numbers you see are estimates.If you need many numbers regularly, contact our managers. Please let them know:

1. How many numbers you need daily/weekly
2. Which services you’ll use them for

After topping up your balance, you will pay only for received codes. If a code did not reach a purchased active number, your balance will be refunded within 20 minutes after the purchase. Or, if you press “Cancel” due to long wait time. If a code arrived, funds will not be refunded as the number will be considered activated/used.

All SMS messages appear in the Received Numbers section next to your purchased number.

When activating an account using Grizzlysms.com, an SMS message usually arrives just as quickly as when using a real number. However, we suggest waiting for at least 7-10 minutes before cancelling a number. If the wait time is too long, you can decline to use a virtual number by clicking the “Cancel” button and get a new one.

If the service is in a different country from your actual location, use a VPN to avoid mismatches.
 

Our single-use numbers cannot be issued repeatedly and can receive only 1 SMS message. Some messengers/online services (for example, Telegram) allow you to link another device to an account created using our numbers with a QR-code (“Devices” — “Link Destop Device”)

Currently, multiple SMS codes are supported only for Instagram, Dream11, and Zupee.

No. All our numbers are one-time use only. Such numbers are called “one-time password phone numbers” and can be used only for activation purposes.

Such numbers:
— issued for only 20 minutes;
— work only for the chosen online services;
— cannot be reissued;

No, our numbers are SMS-only.

• If a service offers calls instead of SMS, try:
• log out from other accounts on the device;
• change your IP-address;
• get a number from another country and receive an SMS using it.

We cannot guarantee 100% SMS delivery for every purchased number. Some services block SMS to disposable numbers, so it may take 15–20 attempts to succeed. This is especially common with Telegram, WhatsApp, and similar platforms.

Here is how you can increase your chances to receive an SMS:

• Try multiple numbers again.
• Try other countries (recommended ones are listed on the main page).
• Change your IP address (use a VPN).
• Log out of other accounts on your device.

After topping up the balance, you pay only for numbers that receive codes successfully. If you discover an issue before receiving an SMS, you can cancel and try another number.

Occasionally, providers may issue used or banned numbers. If this happens:

• Take a screenshot showing the issue and the number.

• Send it to our customer support team.

• We’ll refund the charge for that number if you contact us within 20 minutes of purchase.

Important: Retail buyers (less than 100 numbers purchased) can receive refunds for up to 3 numbers per country. If you face repeated issues in one country (e.g., United Kingdom), try another (e.g., USA).

We strongly recommend enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) wherever possible. For example, Telegram supports 2FA.

1) Accounts purchased on the Buy Accounts page are guaranteed for 20 minutes after purchase. If there is a problem with your account, you must provide proof within 60 minutes of purchase.

2) To qualify for replacements, record your actions (screen recording) from purchase to account verification, including proxy details. Refunds are only possible when using verified proxies - free proxies are not accepted.

Follow this rule: No more than 3 accounts per 1 proxy server (preferably, a separate one for each), and proxies should match the country of account registration. This prevents blocking.

3) To manage multiple accounts, use software like Proxifier - it lets you bind each account to a separate proxy. Full guides are on its official site.

4) You can use a VPN (paid/free), but in that case arbitration will always be on the seller's side.
