How to add funds to my Grizzly SMS balance?

Registration → Topping up your balance → Number selection → Receiving number → Using the number for activation purposes

To receive a phone number for activation purposes, you need to register, confirm your email, and add funds to your Grizzly SMS balance. Your Grizzly SMS balance is charged for each received code. You can add funds to your balance at https://grizzlysms.com/profile/pay. You can use bank cards, online payment services, and cryptocurrencies. The minimal deposit is 2$. Suggested — 3$.  

My card/wallet was charged, but the money did not appear in my Grizzly SMS balance

Sometimes, your funds are added to a Grizzly SMS account with a slight delay (10 — 60 minutes). Generally, the issue is caused by technical difficulties on the payment system side. If your balance on the website was not topped up within 60 minutes, check again whether your card or wallet was charged. If it was, send the information about the charges (a screenshot) to our customer support. Don’t forget to specify your email used for registration and credentials.

Payeer. If you used Payeer, you, as a sender of money, need to reach out to the Payeer’s customer support team. Unfortunately, any inquiries about unsuccessful payments from receivers (we are the receivers) are not accepted by Payeer.

About availability of numbers

What does it mean that there are «few» numbers at Grizzly SMS?

The tag «few» indicates that such numbers were few at the moment of the last checkup: 0-1-2. Since the last checkup, the stock could have changed. If you need a number from a specific country, you can click «GET» 5-15 times, it is possible that we have new numbers in stock. If not, choose another country.

You can see only an estimate when looking at showcased products. If you need a lot of numbers regularly, talk about it with managers. It will be appreciated if you add to your message, how many and for which services you need numbers on daily/weekly basis, and specify your preferences in regards to the national and/or regional origin of numbers if you have any.

Error «Number is not available. Please, retry» at Grizzly SMS

If you saw the message «Number is not available. Please, retry» when attempting to buy a number, it means that we could not acquire the chosen number from a provider. Most popular numbers may require multiple attempts to acquire. You can try several more times or choose a difference country. Usually, the number’s country of origin is insignificant.

How to get the number and activate the account?

To receive a virtual number, you need to:

1. register on the website (the button “Sign Up” in the upper right corner of the main page) and confirm your email

I didn’t receive a code, but my Grizzly SMS balance was charged

After topping up your balance, you will pay only for received codes. If a code did not reach a purchased active number, your balance will be refunded within 20 minutes after the purchase. Or, if you press “Cancel” due to long wait time. If a code arrived, funds will not be refunded as the number will be considered activated/used.

About receiving SMS messages

I need to receive a phone call on your number

You cannot receive a phone call on our numbers. If a messenger or a social network suggests using a call instead of an SMS message, you need to:
— log out from other accounts on the device;
— change your IP-address;
— get a number from another country and receive an SMS using it.
 

How long does it take for a code to be received?

When activating an account using Grizzlysms.com, an SMS message usually arrives just as quickly as when using a real number. However, we suggest waiting for at least 7-10 minutes before cancelling a number. If the wait time is too long, you can decline to use a virtual number by clicking the “Cancel” button and get a new one.
In case of getting a number from a country where you don’t reside physically, you should use a VPN, since popular online services have learned how to match the country of origin of a mobile provider and the physical location of a user.
 

I lost access to an account activated using a Grizzly SMS number

Our single-use numbers cannot be issued repeatedly and can receive only 1 SMS message. Some messengers/online services (for example, Telegram) allow you to link another device to an account created using our numbers with a QR-code (“Devices” — “Link Destop Device”)

I want to use the same number for the second time at Grizzly SMS

All our numbers are single-use. Such numbers are called “one-time password phone numbers” and can be used only for activation purposes.
Such numbers:
— can be issued for only 20 minutes;
— can only receive SMS messages and only from chosen online services;
— cannot be issued repeatedly;
— most numbers can receive only 1 SMS.
As of right now, these are the only type of numbers we offer.
 

I need more than 20 minutes to use the number from Grizzly SMS

There are two options for renting a number:

Full rental - in this case, you can receive all SMS, the services of which are presented in our catalog. To do this, simply select Rent and All Services at the top of the website

Rent a number for a specific service. In this case, you will receive SMS only from the service you have chosen. To do this, you just need to select a specific service, logic is the same as with the purchase of a regular activation

 

I don’t see the service I need. Which number should I buy to receive a code?

You can use service AnyOther. But there is no guarantee that you can get the code 
 

About “broken” numbers

I successfully logged into an account, but I was logged out after a few days.

We recommend using two-factor authentication for all registered accounts when an online service provides such features. For example, Telegram have 2FA.

I entered a code and found out that an account cannot be registered.

Sometimes, it happens that our providers issue used or banned numbers. If you received a number like that, make a screenshot with the issue and the number you used, and send it to our customer support team. We will gladly refund any charges related to a “broken” number.
Warning! Retail buyers (purchase volume less than 100 numbers) can be refunded for up to three numbers per country. If you can’t find any luck with Russia, try the US. We allow that!

After entering the number, I found out that the number was busy (didn’t receive a code)/banned

After topping up the balance, you pay only for numbers that received codes successfully. If you an issue with a number was discovered before receiving an SMS, you can always cancel or try another one.

I tried many different numbers at Grizzly SMS, not a single one received an SMS message.

We cannot guarantee 100% SMS message delivery on each purchased number to our users. Algorithms on the side of online services may block SMS message deliveries to single-use numbers due to different reasons. Sometimes, it takes 15-20 attempts for a single successful delivery and it’s normal. Such issues are common for Telegram, Whatsapp, and several other services.

Here is how you can increase your chances to receive an SMS:
— try other numbers again and again;
— try other countries (recommended countries can be seen on the main page);
— change your IP address (use a VPN service);
— Log out from other accounts on the device.

What I need to know before buying ready accounts?

1) Accounts purchased on the “Buy Accounts” page are guaranteed for 20 minutes after purchase.

2) If you want to be on the safe side and be able to replace purchased accounts, you should enable screen recording and record the actions from the moment of purchase to the moment of account verification, including information about the use of proxies. It is important that you can only get a refund if you use verified proxies. If free ones are used, in this case replacement will not be possible.

Remember that when using multiple accounts you need to follow the rule: "No more than 3 accounts per 1 proxy server (it is better for each separate one), which corresponds to the country of registration of accounts. This will prevent blocking".
