Telegram Registration Is Back on Top!

Mid-summer brought frustration to professionals with Telegram tightening its registration rules. The messenger’s clampdown significantly affected the quality of mass registrations.

But it seems the dark streak is coming to an end. The developers of the Telegram Expert software shared that as of today, they have completely updated their registration approach, restoring stability to the process — something we can already confirm from our own statistics. Telegram registration is back, alive and well.

So, what exactly happened? Starting July 21, on versions 11.13.x, after completing reCaptcha, SMS codes stopped arriving. In addition, codes stopped being delivered to numbers from an entire range of countries. Frequent Telegram updates during this period also required constant software adaptation.

Before creating an account, Telegram began requesting an Android reCaptcha. The result of passing the captcha is converted into a rating (score). If the score is low, the SMS code simply does not arrive.

Moreover, mobile devices stopped receiving codes after registering 2–3 accounts. Even a factory reset no longer helps. This behavior complicates registration even for ordinary app users. It appears Telegram has started excluding older devices from the registration process.

Telegram Expert has already developed a solution: a special High Score setting has been added to the registration tool. Enabling it allows registrations to proceed with the same stability as before. When using High Score reCaptcha and high-quality proxies, the account freeze rate drops close to zero.

For maximum success, professionals strongly recommend:
— Use the same IP address during registration. High Score works better if the IP remains unchanged. Sticky or static proxies are best. Rotating proxies increase the risk of freezes and should be avoided.
— Activate push token and email addresses. Many countries’ numbers now require an email to be specified during registration. The absence of a push token often leads to account freezes.

In any case, the developers have already adapted their product to the new conditions. This means mass account registration through Telegram Expert is once again available without any restrictions.
